Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes! All pieces in our Febae Premium Collection come with a 2-year warranty. This covers fading, breakage, and manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong within this period, we’ll repair or replace the item free of charge.

Note: The Designer Collection and Basics Collection are not covered by the warranty. These collections are offered at affordable prices and do not include long-term protection.

What is your return policy?

We offer a free 14-day return policy on all earrings. If you're not completely satisfied or receive a faulty product, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, we’ll be happy to help. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes or cancel your order.

All Febae orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany, ensuring fast delivery across Europe and reliable international shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Germany: 2–4 business days

EU countries: 4–7 business days

International: 7–14 business days
