A: Yes! All pieces in our Febae Premium Collection come with a 2-year warranty. This covers fading, breakage, and manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong within this period, we’ll repair or replace the item free of charge.
Note: The Designer Collection and Basics Collection are not covered by the warranty. These collections are offered at affordable prices and do not include long-term protection.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a free 14-day return policy on all earrings. If you're not completely satisfied or receive a faulty product, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All Febae orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany, ensuring fast delivery across Europe and reliable international shipping.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over €30. Orders below this amount will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Absolutely. Febae ships worldwide. Whether you're in Europe, North America, or beyond, your order will be delivered with care and tracking from Germany.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Germany: 2–4 business days
EU countries: 4–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
